What It Is
Welcome to the summer of Wario! Mario's greedy and jealous
rival, Wario, has two of his own games out this summer plus
a role in the new Mario Golf (stay tuned to TheToyGuy.com
for a review) and he has started his own game company –
WarioWare, Inc.. All he needs is a hit album and celebrity
fiancé then he'll be serious competition with J-Lo
in the overexposed category.
In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames, Wario has assembled a
crew of game developers, including: Dr. Crygor, Dribble &
Spitz, Mona and more, to design a collection of fast-paced
video games for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance games system.
These 200 lightning-quick micro-games run the gamut from retro
classics to sci-fi shooters and much more.
Wario World is Wario's first 3D adventure for the Nintendo
GameCube system and it's as funny as it is fun. Wario's
vast stockpile of gold and jewels has been turned into a horde
of monsters and Wario must perform some outrageous wrestling-style
moves on the monsters to reclaim his treasures.
Why It's Fun
Wario is one of Nintendo's most despicable yet entertaining
characters. His constant grumblings, rude expressions and
odd noises are hilarious, especially in Wario World. Here
he takes battle damage in comic style and doles out his own
revenge with a cavalcade of over-the-top moves like the "Wild
Swing-Ding." Wario World is also a challenging game that
forces the player to solve many puzzles in order to advance.
WarioWare is the perfect GBA game for when you only have a
few minutes to spare rather then the intense time it takes
to get through a lengthy title like Golden Sun. With tons
of quick games in random order, you have to finish one group
of games before advancing to the next set but with most games
taking an average of 5 seconds, that doesn't take too
long.
Who's Going To Love It
Nintendo fans will probably love these two games, especially
Wario World with its highly detailed graphics and more intricate
game-play.

Both games are sold separately. Wario World is a 1-player
game and WarioWare is for 1 – 2 players.
