What It Is

Don’t let the cute little turtle on the game cover fool you; Turbo Turtle is a challenging game for all ages. The object of the game is help Turbo Turtle get back to the sea by guiding him through an island of mazes. The mazes are tricky and full of traps and you will need to think and plan your moves to get from the start to the finish of each maze.

Why It’s Fun

There are several items scattered throughout the mazes that will help Turbo Turtle get to the finish. These Turtle items include keys, building blocks, turbo boosters and several different shells to help get across different types of terrain.

Who’s Going To Love It

Some of the mazes present challenging puzzles that need to be solved like the Legend of Zelda games. At the same time, Turbo Turtle is a rolling shell and all the mazes are floating in the air making the threat of rolling off the edge constantly present. Does anyone remember the arcade classic, Marble Madness?

Mazes fascinate both boys and girls, which gives this game a broader appeal, particularly as there are few truly rich games that girls are eager to embrace, though they love their GBAs.

What To Be Aware Of

Patience is a virtue and downright necessary to play Turbo Turtle. This is one of those games that could prompt you to hurl your GBA out the window when you have fallen off a maze at the same spot for the 10th time.
