What It Is

Mario, Peach, Donkey Kong and their gang of cohorts have polished their clubs and are heading to the Toadstool Tour championship in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour for the Nintendo GameCube system.

Why It’s Fun

You can play this game alone or invite up to three friends to tee off with you in a wacky, Mushroom Kingdom designed course filled with warp pipes, piranha plants and chain chomps. Players can also choose to play on a more conventional course and there are two modes of play for both experts and novices.

When you are playing against your friends, players can cause their characters to shout heckles or offer encouraging comments to whichever player is currently hitting the golf ball. Whoever chooses Wario as their character will have some great heckles to use.


Who’s Going To Love It

This is a great game for Nintendo and sports game fans. You have all the familiar Nintendo characters plus some really cool golf game features that make this both a typically funny Nintendo game plus a somewhat challenging sports game.


What To Be Aware Of

If you have both Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour and Advance Tour for the Game Boy Advance plus a Game Boy Advance cable, you can transfer characters back and forth between the two systems and games. Game Boy Advance system, game and cable are all sold separately.
